The brushless ECM motor is rated for continuous run and has SmartFlow Technology. The LED Lighting includes a dimmable 10W LED Chip Panel with a 3000 Kelvin Warm White color temperature and 700 Lumens plus a less than 1W LED night light (nightlight must be wired separately). It is rated for 50,000 hours average rated life. The 7-3/8 in. housing depth will fit in a 2 in. x 8 in. construction with the Flex-Z Fast Installation bracket.
