The Pick-A-Flow Speed Selector gives you the option to choose either 50, 80 or 110 CFM making this fan customizable to your needs. The single hinged Flex-Z Fast Installation Bracket provides flexible, fast and easy ceiling installation in 3 steps. This fan is ready for a 4 in. duct and includes a 3 in. duct adapter if needed. This is your perfect choice for remodeling and/or new construction or renovation from below the ceiling. Powerful: the ECM DC motor with SmartFlow technology ensures optimal CFM output and desired airflow. Sound: extremely quiet less than 0.3 sones at 50 CFM, 0.3 sones at 80 CFM and 1.0 sones at 110 CFM when using 4 in. duct. LED lighting: includes 1-Watt - 10-Watt dimmable LED chip panel with 1 less than 1-Watt LED night light (night light must be wired separately), the LED lamp offers a warm white illumination with 3000K and 700 Lumens (70 lumens/watt) for a long-life energy efficient operation and 50,000 hours rated average life, it is ENERGY STAR 2.0 certified and JA-9 compliant for CA title 24. Construction: low profile housing design at 5-5/8 in. deep, fits in 2 in. x 6 in. construction. Installation: alignment guide slides housing in place for a tight fit temporary clip holds fan in place, so installer has 2 hands free to insert motor template to assure hole size and protect parts from dust and slide and snap-in junction box and duct collar.
