The brushless ECM Motor is rated for continuous run and offers SmartFlow Technology designed to perform as rated. This fan has a built-in Condensation Sensor to control moisture in the room and prevent mold and mildew. Pick-A-flow speed selector - 1 fan with 3 CFM options, 50, 80 and 100 CFM, with flexibility to adjust the speed as needed. Condensation sensor technology detects relative humidity and temperature to anticipate dew point, automatically turning fan on to control humidity, built-in relative humidity (RH) sensitivity adjustment enables fine tuning for moist conditions, the fan will run for 20 minutes before turning off. Lowest profile available - 3 3/8 in. housing depth - it fits in 2 in. x 4 in. construction. 4 in. oval duct collar and back draft damper are built in. L-shaped mounting bracket simplifies installation and provides strong support. UL approved for ceiling or wall mount and fits in 2 in. x 4 in. construction.
